We read the drawing through the lens of the Saudi Building Code

The Emtithal story began in the field: from AISC, and from real projects where we met the code on the ground.

AISC

Where it came from

From AISC, and from years spent matching the drawing to reality on site through augmented reality. From there the rule became clear: most of what we fix there could have been prevented here.

Why it exists

Every violation in a corridor width or an escape route starts as a line in a DWG file, then shows up months later as a wall that must be demolished. Manual review takes days, and one missed clause is enough.

What Emtithal is

An engine that reads your drawing and compares it against the Saudi Building Code clause by clause, returning within minutes: where the violation is, which clause it breaks, and how to fix it.

Emtithal doesn't replace the engineer — it gives them the time to be one

The decision always stays yours. Our job is to put in front of you what deserves a look — early, and with a clear reference from the code, not guesswork.

AISC is building technology for the construction sector in Saudi Arabia

Augmented reality, AI, and one platform that follows the project from design to handover. Emtithal is the first thing we see on this road.

Still have a question?

Everything you need to know about coverage, accuracy and certification before you start.

Emtithal automates the review of engineering drawings and checks them against the Saudi Building Code (SBC): detecting violations, pinpointing them precisely and proposing fixes — instead of manual review that takes days. It also lets you edit elements and resolve violations directly inside the 3D workspace.
