These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Emtithal platform. By accessing or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these terms and agreed to be bound by them. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the platform.

Emtithal is an AI-powered platform for analyzing engineering drawings and projects and detecting early any non-compliance with the requirements of the Saudi Building Code (SBC), to save review time before submitting the project.

The information you provide at registration must be accurate and up to date. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs through your account.

You agree to use the platform for lawful purposes only, and you commit to the following:

• Not uploading any content that violates regulations or infringes the intellectual-property rights of others.
• Not attempting to breach the platform, affect its performance, or gain unauthorized access to it.
• Not misusing analysis results in a way that violates regulations and professional practice.

The analysis results the platform provides are advisory and intended to assist the engineer; they are not a substitute for review and certification by a competent, licensed engineer. Final responsibility for the project's compliance rests with the platform user.

All intellectual-property rights in the platform, its designs and its software remain owned by Emtithal. You retain ownership of the drawings and files you upload, while granting us a limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the service.

This license also — in addition to operating the service — covers using the content you upload, including drawings, files and usage data, to improve the service and to train and develop Emtithal's AI models. You confirm that you have the right to upload this content and grant this license, and that doing so does not violate the rights of any third party.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing details and billing cycles are shown at subscription and are subject to change with prior notice to you.

The platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform or reliance on its results.

We have the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent judicial authorities in the Kingdom have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
